...nice of you taking the time to visit me. I hope you will find information of interest on the site - either about me, or about Norway and Norwegians.
Recently, my interest in having pen pals from all over the world was renewed, so I figured out that it might be a good idea to expand my site with information some of them have asked about - and that others could find interesting/useful as well.
One of my mottos is "Life is too short not to..." - and that's definitely not an understatement. Working on this website, I thought about if life is too short to spend time making yourself a "cyber home", but decided that it wasn't - besides, the long, cold, Norwegian winters is a good excuse to stay inside. (...and I don't have a fireplace where I live now ;o)
When I started outlining this project, I was probably a bit too ambitious - at least considering my complete lack of knowledge of software and HTML. I could never have done this without help from my good friend Steinar, and if the Nobel Institute ever consider a prize for patience, he definitely should get it! He's created his own little corner in cyber space www.varsi.net - a website worth visiting.
